Limitations and Requirements

No smoking allowed in house or porches, but allowed in
garden.

No pets.

Limit of six guests each house, including children.
Appropriate for children of mindful parents.

A Fifteen percent payment (non-refundable if cancellation
occurs) is required at time of booking.

The Balance of Payment (85%) is required sixty days before arrival.

Pay by Visa, Mastercard or by cheque.
-
If paying by credit card, two signed credit card
authorizations are required; one for booking fee and one for the balance of payment (see booking form), but credit card
numbers should be communicated by telephone.
